Client Liaisons Officer (Full time/Part-time)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients’ cases as assigned by superior according to company’s standards and procedures;

  • Perform research for further information and appropriate solutions to substantiate client cases;

  • Engage in correspondences with clients in a courteous and professional manner to provide assistance and advise on their queries accordingly;

  • Provide insight and contribute personal experience and knowledge in building clients’ cases;

  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field;

  • A team player with a pleasant personality and exceptional people skills;

  • Organised, focused, motivated, and willing to accept new challenges and responsibility as the business develops;

  • Able to multi-task and prioritise;

  • Interest in a long term career with the company, which is growing rapidly; 

  • Computer Literate (proficient in MS Office);

  • Must have the ability to speak and write in English;

  • Preferably have the ability to speak in Chinese and Bahasa Melayu;

  • Applicants must be either Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant Residence Status.

 

Admin Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administration duties including preparing and maintaining proper filing of  documentation, invoices, records and references;

  • Manage office stationery & raise purchase order for supplies & services;

  • Attend to inbound calls and divert them to relevant staffs;

  • Receive and record all courier material on behalf of internal customers;

  • Prepare invoices, receipts and manage bank transactions;

  • Provide support to consultants in preparing forms and supporting documents;

  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field;

  • Must have at least 2-3 years of Relevant Work Experience;

  • Pleasant Personality and has Exceptional People Skills;

  • Organised, Focused, Motivated, and Driven;

  • Able to Multi-Task and Prioritise;

  • Computer Literate;

  • Must have the ability to Speak and Write in English;

  • Preferably have the ability to speak in Chinese and Bahasa Melayu;

  • Applicants must be either Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant Residence Status.
