To qualify for the application, the applicant:

• Must be fully 18 years old and has no criminal record, and

• Must own at least ￡1 million usable saving, or

• Owns at least ￡2 million net worth.

If applicant can achieve all the request, they can earn 75 points in the scoring system and the application will pass.
